Firefox support
Yup, probably the single biggest request we've had so far is to add Firefox support to MicroCyte. For technical reasons we were planning on holding out for Firefox version 3 to be released but we've decided that we should have a go at adding Firefox version 2 support as well. Work on this is going really well so we are hoping to add firefox support by the 1.1 release of MicroCyte.
Dynamic snippets
MicroCyte currently can't manage content within PHP includes and its snippet system is static meaning that you have to customise snippets on a page by page basis. We're planning on adding a first cut of our dynamic snippets support for version 1.1. This will work in basically the same way as the static snippets system except that when you change a dynamic snippet on one page, all other pages with that same dynamic snippet will also reflect the same changes.
Uploads asset management
We're also going to add an asset manager for file uploads, this means that when you've uploaded a file once, its available for use everywhere else on the site without requiring a re-upload.
Other things
Of course, what's mentioned above are the big things that we're hoping to get into 1.1. We're also going to be doing a lot of work under the hood to make MicroCyte more stable, secure and perform better. There'll also be a number of interface changes to make MicroCyte easier to use and more intuitive.
Free Upgrade
Don't forget that version 1.1 will be a free upgrade for everyone who has purchased a copy of version 1.0. This is by way of a thanks from us to you for being early adopters and helping us to get MicroCyte off the ground. Keep your paypal transaction numbers handy and when version 1.1 is released and you'll receive an email with instructions on how you can claim your free version 1.1 upgrade
Suggestions
If you've got any further suggestions for things you want us to add to MicroCyte 1.1 or MicroCyte 2.0 then please feel free to add them in the comments section below!

How about a few small features like: contact form tell a friend sign up for newsletter Where the CMS lets the client add their email address for the contact forms via the CMS control panel. Those would be really helpful. (since the cms is used by webdesigners, and not hardcore programmers :) Thank you for a great product.

I know you guys are busy with lots of stuff, but I'm a photographer looking for a REAL solution to managing my e-commerce content and hopefully integrating with Adobe Lightroom. So, photogalleries, visitor ratings of individual photos and e.g. "paypal" checkbox options would be great. Too much of an ask?
